In the framework of the implementation of the National project on the modernization of energy and housing and communal services, "Baiterek" national management holding JSC held a seminar. Makka Shingaziyeva, Director of the Department of Interaction and Sewerage Treatment Construction Management Projects Department of the CSC, participated in the event.
The purpose of the seminar was to discuss the main aspects of the National Project, as well as to explain the funding mechanisms for natural monopoly entities.
The event was attended by the first heads and financial directors of natural monopoly entities, accountants, representatives of financial departments of local executive bodies, as well as interested government agencies.
During the seminar, financing issues, support mechanisms for modernization of the utility sector, and actual changes in legislation were reviewed. Representatives of industry departments and experts of the field of energy and housing and communal economy spoke as speakers.
