Dear residents of Pavlodar! A new campaign "Baige" will start in Kazakhstan on May 1, 2025. As part of this campaign, citizens who have registered the largest number of fiscal receipts during the established period will receive a reward in the amount of 100,000 tenge. The promotion will last until December 31 of the current year. The results of the Baige will be conducted quarterly by identifying the 20 most active participants (one from each region and city of national significance) who will send the largest number of fiscal receipts. To participate, you must install the "Amian" application, register and add fiscal receipts for payment for goods, works and services. When making purchases and receiving services, you regularly encounter the use of a cash register machine (KKM) and issuing checks, but in practice many of you do not attach due importance to issuing checks. Failure to issue a check contributes to an underestimation of the actual income of a business entity, which, in turn, affects the completeness of tax receipts to the budget. At the same time, the shortfall in taxes directly affects the implementation of programs undertaken by the state. Therefore, when purchasing goods or receiving services, you must request a receipt. The very concept of a check is the primary accounting document of a cash register machine, confirming the fact of a monetary settlement between the seller and the buyer. However, by requesting a receipt, you are primarily protecting your own interests as consumers of goods, works, and services. For example, if you are not satisfied with the product for objective reasons, you can exchange or return it if you have a receipt confirming the purchase of the product, and in its absence you will have to prove the purchase. Handing out a check is a mandatory requirement! The Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region appeals to residents of Pavlodar to be conscious and assist in replenishing the budget by requesting a control receipt for the purchased goods or services rendered.
