Giving gifts and rendering non-official services to officials in order to obtain property benefits, benefits or advantages using the official powers of these persons, as well as accepting gifts or services in connection with the performance of their state or equivalent functions from civil servants and other persons dependent on them in the service, for general patronage or connivance in the service They are disciplinary offenses that discredit the civil service. In addition, civil servants must adhere to generally accepted moral and ethical standards during off-duty hours, show modesty, do not emphasize or use their official position when receiving appropriate services, and avoid cases of antisocial behavior involving an encroachment on public morality.
