On May 13, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional workshop titled “Individual development card as a means for ensuring continuity” for primary school teachers and preschool educators with the Russian language as the language of instruction. The event took place in line with the step-by-step action plan of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the synchronization of preschool and secondary education programs.    

The goal of the workshop was to provide smooth transitions from preschool classes and kindergartens to schools, to promote educational continuity while considering age-specific needs and to share best practices in filling out children’s individual development cards.

The workshop was attended by primary school teachers and preschool educators from district, city, and regional educational organizations.

Following the workshop, the participants provided feedback and thanked the organizers.
