In accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 6, 2013, No. 250, the organizing committee announces the national competition "Mereili Otbasy" in 2025.
The purpose of the competition:
1) strengthening the institution of family, morality, spirituality, recognizing the importance of responsible marriage;
2) increasing parental responsibility in raising children;
3) demonstration and widespread promotion of family values, care of adult children for disabled and elderly parents;
4) promotion of the best side of Kazakhstani families. Family members with labor, sports, creative, intellectual, scientific achievements, as well as participating in socially useful activities (volunteering, charity, philanthropy, mentoring) are admitted to the competition. The following families cannot participate in the competition:
1) family members who are (have) members of organizations or actions prohibited in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) previously convicted family members.
The competition is held in two stages. The first stage is district (city), the second is regional (city of republican significance, capital).
Applications for participation are submitted from May 15 to June 15, 2025 on the approved form.
