On May 15, 2025, the head of the Department for Regulation and Control of bailiffs of the Department of Justice, S. O. Alshimbayeva, held a working meeting with private bailiffs of the region.
   During the meeting, the issue of private bailiffs achieving target indicators and performance indicators of the Development Plan of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2027 by the end of 2025 was discussed.
   The presentation of the Prosecutor General's Office on the results of an audit of the activities of private bailiffs for compliance with the rule of law when declaring debtors on alimony, a letter from the Administrative Police Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the state collection of administrative fines, a certificate from the Enforcement Committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the enforcement of state revenue and salary collection proceedings, as well as Letter from the Chairman of the Judicial Board for Administrative Cases, concerning the impossibility of appealing the ruling of the court of appeal on the imposition of a double penalty imposed in accordance with Article 127 of the CPC.
