As part of the "Law and Order" ideology, a working meeting was held on November 27, 2025, to discuss the consideration of citizen appeals and improving the quality of legal services.
The meeting was chaired by the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Legal Issues. Representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, the Bar Association, the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs, the notary office, and regional justice departments participated in the discussion.
The focus was on issues raised in citizen appeals: enforcement of court decisions, registration of rights, access to legal assistance, and the work of notarial and executive bodies. Participants discussed measures to reduce appeal processing times, increase transparency, and improve collaboration between agencies.
Following the meeting, instructions were given to optimize processes and improve the quality of public outreach.
