On 13-15 May, 2025, Daryn East Kazakhstan Scientific and Methodological Center for Giftedness and Supplementary Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional round of the Republican School Olympiad in Physical Education for 5th to 6th, and 7th to 8th graders.

The goal of the Olympiad was to assess the level of physical health, physical and functional fitness of school students.  

Students of grades 5-6, 7-8 of secondary schools, gymnasiums and lyceums – the winners and prize-winners of the district/city rounds competed in the Olympiad.

The Olympiad included two rounds:

Round 1 - theoretical knowledge;

Round 2 - practical performance.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the winners among 5th to 6th graders:

I place - Ust-Kamenogorsk city team;

II place - Tarbagatai district team;

III place - Ulan district team.

The winners among 7th to 8th graders:

I place - Ust-Kamenogorsk city team;

II place - Tarbagatai district team;

III place - Ulan district team.
