In the regional center of Kokshetau, construction of two new 45-apartment residential buildings is nearing completion. The buildings are located at the intersection of Vernadsky and Kapcevich streets and stand out with their unique architectural style and modern, comfortable layouts.

At present, construction work has been completed, and landscaping efforts are underway. The handover of keys to new residents is expected soon.

Akim of Akmola Region, Marat Akhmetzhanov, visited the construction site to inspect the progress.

According to Dauren Tleuberdinov, a representative of the construction company Integra, landscaping work is currently in progress, with asphalt paving scheduled for completion by the end of the week. The complex includes both sports and children’s playgrounds.

The residential complex consists of four buildings in total. Residents of the first two completed buildings expressed their gratitude to the regional akim.

“The new playground is full of children all day long. The courtyard has become very beautiful and cozy,” said resident of the neighborhood, Saken Tokanov.
