✓ Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old, who speak the state language at least at the B1 level, with higher education and work experience of at least 5 years can take part in the selection.

The selection process consists of several stages and will be held from June to October 2025. According to its results, the 50 best candidates will be selected for the Reserve. Within 3 years from the date of enrollment, reservists can be appointed to various government positions directly without going through a competitive selection process.

An application for participation in the selection can be submitted from June 1 to June 30 on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz .

HOW DO I REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE?

From June 1 to June 30 of this year, the participant must register on the website by entering an IIN and e-mail.

After verifying the candidate's age, he will be given the opportunity to fill out a questionnaire and upload the necessary documents in his personal account.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SELECTION?

To participate in the selection process, you must upload copies to your personal account.:

higher education diploma

a document confirming employment (according to Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

a valid QAZAQ RESMI TEST or KAZTEST certificate confirming the level of proficiency in the state language at least at the B1 level

HOW DO I GET A CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY IN THE STATE LANGUAGE?

In the absence of a valid certificate of proficiency in the state language valid at the time of application, the candidate is given the opportunity to take a free test once using the KAZTEST system for assessing the level of proficiency in the state language at the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or on the online state language testing service QAZAQ RESMI TESTwww.qrt.kz " on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the received promo code.

The candidate must use the promo code provided to pass the QAZAQ RESMI TEST or KAZTEST in person.
