The Department of Emergency Situations of the Zhetisu region informs that on May 22, 2025 at 09.00 hours, electric sirens will be turned on in order to carry out a technical check of the regional warning system.

In this regard, we ask you not to panic and be understanding. At the same time, the Emergency department of the Zhetisu region reminds you of the rules of conduct when turning on the electric siren in case of emergencies.

If the signal finds you at home: - turn on the radio, broadcast and television receivers; - listen to the emergency message; - act in accordance with the transmitted message. If the signal catches you on the street: -listen to the emergency message transmitted by street speakers and mobile warning devices; - act in accordance with the transmitted message.
