The fourth selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve is starting in Kazakhstan — a large-scale initiative aimed at attracting talented, proactive and progressive-minded youth to public administration. The selection will take place from June to October 2025. This was announced by the head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in East Kazakhstan region, Chairman of the Ethics Council Yerzhan Aikymbekov at a briefing in the RSC East Kazakhstan region.

Since the launch of the project in 2019, more than 60 thousand citizens have taken part in it. 400 people were enrolled in the Reserve, 80% of whom currently work in government agencies and other organizations.

The fourth selection is distinguished by the introduction of a proportional approach: at each stage, quotas are provided for industry areas. This will ensure an equal representation of specialists in various fields.

The requirements for candidates remain the same:

* age up to 35 years;
* higher education;
* work experience of at least 5 years;
* knowledge of the Kazakh language at a level of at least B1.

Participation in the competition is not allowed for political and administrative employees of Corps "A", as well as for persons already included in the youth reserve.

Selection stages:

1. Submission of documents (June 1-30) - online.
2. Assessment of abilities to work with text and numerical information (August 2-3, 9-10).
3. Solving situational problems (August 16-17) - an essay on the profile of the direction.
4. Competency assessment (August 22 - October 3) - includes an assessment center at the Academy of Public Administration and an interview with HR specialists.
5. Interview with the Expert Commission (October 8-15).
6. Meeting of the National Commission - the final decision on the enrollment of the 50 best candidates (until October 25).

The Presidential Reserve is not just a personnel list, but an opportunity for real career growth and participation in the transformation of public administration. The new selection is a chance to make a name for yourself and become part of the team shaping the future of the country.
