The Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve is one of the public initiatives of the Head of State, which is a social elevator for talented youth. In 2025, the selection process for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve 4.0 is underway. The deadline for accepting applications is from June 1 to June 30 of this year. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old, with higher education, proficiency in the state language, with a certificate of at least B1 level and a total work experience of at least 5 years can take part in the selection.
