The Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the Pavlodar region hosted a round table on the topic: "Current judicial practice in tax disputes", which was attended by employees of the Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region (DGD). Asem Dyusembekova, Head of the Legal Department of the State Tax Administration, informed the participants of the event about the results of the court's consideration of taxpayers' claims against administrative acts of state revenue bodies and stressed that judicial practice helps to ensure the completeness and timeliness of tax receipts. The participants of the event noted the high practical importance of the topic under discussion and expressed interest in continuing such events.
