A new program for concessional financing of SMEs is being developed
Currently, Kazakhstan's Comprehensive Business Support Program is being amended to provide for the introduction of a portfolio subsidy mechanism, as well as the provision of guarantees through guarantee funds based on the Damu Foundation. The key innovation is the transfer of decision–making powers directly to second-tier banks.
