The new service in the PSC mobile application was used about 4,500 times in 3 weeks.

Since April 28, 2025, a new useful service for calculating pensions and benefits (calculator) has appeared in the PSC mobile application. This is a convenient tool with which citizens can independently calculate the preliminary amount of social benefits from the comfort of their homes.

Since the launch, users have performed calculations through this service 4,470 times. To date, calculations for 8 types of social benefits and pensions in 5 key categories are available in the calculator.:

• Retirement: basic, solidary, and funded pensions;
• birth of a child: payments in case of temporary loss of income (due to pregnancy, childbirth or adoption), child care allowance for up to 1.5 years;
• Disability: social security benefits in case of disability;
• Job loss: termination pay;
• loss of a loved one: payment for the loss of a breadwinner.

It is important to note that the calculation is based on user-entered data, and therefore the results are approximate and informative. The exact amount of payments will be calculated and approved by the decision of the authorized state body based on the information provided by the applicant.
To use the service, you need to download the PSC application (available on Google Play and the App Store), log in using the state biometric identification service, select the appropriate service in the "All Services" section and enter the data.
By the way, the PSC mobile application continues to actively develop as a multifunctional digital channel for accessing electronic services based on the "two clicks" principle.
The queue booking feature in the PSC is in high demand. Thus, an average of 60,000 electronic coupons are issued every week through the mobile application, which significantly reduces waiting time and improves service efficiency.
Services related to driver's license exams are particularly popular. More than 8,000 people sign up for the theoretical exam every week, and about 7,000 for the practical exam. The trial practice registration service is also actively used, which is used by about 1,600 people every week.
To date, the PSC mobile application has been installed and is actively used by about 670,000 users.
