In honor of the professional holiday, the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Nurymbet Saktaganov awarded workers of culture and art. A solemn ceremony of presenting state and departmental awards was held. The Certificate of Honor of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region was awarded to Kairat Tungushpayev - an artist of the center of culture and leisure of the Samar district, the head of the ensemble "Samar sazy".
