Thanks to integration with government agencies' information systems, the electronic application process has become easier. If the necessary information has already been digitized, it is uploaded automatically when the application is being filled out, reducing the risk of errors and eliminating the need to re-enter data.

To get the service, the user needs to:

• Sign in to the eGov.kz portal and go to "For citizenry" - "Social security provision" - "Family assistance (support)" section.
• Select the service "Issuance of a permit for the disposal of property, withdrawal of pensions, allowances, social benefits received by an incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult, and alienation of property of citizens recognized by a court decision as incapacitated or partially incapacitated" and click "Request Online".
• Fill-in the required fields.
• Select one of the order types, fill in the required fields, then click Next.
• Sign an application using one of the available signing methods.

Following the review of your application, you will receive an electronic order or substantiated refusal in your personal account. The decision is provided within five working days.

The new service was implemented thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
