On May 21, an official meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Akim of Zhanaozen city, Janseit Kainarbayev. The meeting addressed several important issues in the healthcare sector. Heads of city medical institutions and representatives of relevant agencies participated in the event.
During the presentations, the results of the work carried out in the first four months of 2025 and plans until the end of the year were presented by institutions such as City Polyclinics No.1 and No.3, the Multidisciplinary City Hospital, the Emergency Medical Assistance Station, the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control, and the Higher Medical College.
The Akim of the city instructed that the major renovation of the City Polyclinic No.3 be completed on time and with high quality. Measures to temporarily relocate the infectious diseases department to another facility were also discussed.
During the meeting, the city head strongly emphasized the need to relocate the radiology department to the maternity hospital building, to upgrade the fleet of emergency vehicles, and to increase the number of medical teams and specialists by the end of the year.
In addition, concern was expressed about the low vaccination rate across the city, and it was noted that public awareness efforts in this area remain insufficient. In this regard, doctors of city polyclinics and medical centers were instructed to carry out systematic outreach and education work with the population.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific instructions were given to industrial enterprises to strengthen responsibility for cleanliness and urban beautification, and to actively participate in community clean-up campaigns.
As a result of the meeting, responsible officials were tasked with implementing the instructions within the established deadlines. All assignments were documented in the meeting protocol and their execution placed under control.
