Frankfurt am Main, May 21, 2025 – At the concert hall at Dr. Hoch's Konservatorium in Frankfurt am Main hosted a festive concert dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the outstanding Kazakh composer Nurgisa Tlendiev. The event was organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Frankfurt am Main with the support of the Akimat of the Akmola region.

The main decoration of the evening was the performance of the Kazakh ethnic group "ORDA", whose virtuoso performance of national works caused a real delight among the audience. The concert program included such works as "Akku" by Nurgisa Tlendiev, "Gakku" by Ukili Ybyray, folk kuis and songs, as well as German classical melodies in ethnic interpretation, including "Oh du lieber Augustin".

The concert brought together a wide range of guests: diplomats, representatives of the German public, musicians, students, as well as compatriots.

In his welcoming speech, Kazakh Consul General Tauboldy Umbetbayev emphasized the importance of cultural exchange in strengthening Kazakh-German relations, noting the contribution of artists to the promotion and popularization of national art abroad.

The performance of "ORDA" was not only a musical gift, but also a bridge of mutual understanding between the two cultures. The concert ended with thunderous applause and standing ovation, becoming a bright event in the cultural life of the city.

On the same day, May 21, Kazakhstan celebrated the Day of Culture and Art Workers. In his speech, the Consul General expressed deep gratitude to cultural figures for their invaluable work in enriching the spiritual world of the nation and preserving its identity.

It should also be noted that this year the 100th anniversary of Nurgisa Tlendiev will be celebrated at the UNESCO level, which confirms the exceptional importance of the great composer's work for the world cultural community.
