Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35, with higher education, at least 5 years of total work experience, and proficiency in the state language at level B1 or higher, are eligible to participate in the selection.

📑 The selection consists of several stages and will take place from June to October 2025. Based on the results, the top 50 candidates will be included in the Reserve. Within three years from the date of inclusion, reserve members will have the opportunity to be directly appointed to various high-level leadership positions in public service without going through a competitive selection process.

📝 Applicants must register on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz between June 1 and June 30 of this year by entering their Individual Identification Number (IIN) and email address. After age verification, candidates will be able to fill out the application form and upload the required documents in their personal account.

📊 During registration, participants must choose one of six sectoral directions:

• Infrastructure, industrial development, and trade policy;

• Agro-industrial complex and environmental protection;

• Foreign policy and investments;

• Economic and financial policy;

• Digitalization;

• Social policy and civil society.
