The relatives and the convicts themselves had been preparing for this day for more than one day. Everyone imagined meeting their relatives in their thoughts.

          For example, a 31-year-old resident of Taldykorgan was sentenced for fraud, and the court sentenced her to five years in prison. The convict has an eight-month-old daughter, when she was imprisoned, the child was only two months old. The woman's own sister took custody of her.

           Their long-awaited meeting took place today, the first in a long time.

         — I really regret that I cannot see the first steps and hear the first words of my child. When I saw my baby, I swore to myself and to her that after my release we would never part again, and I would become the kind of mother she would be proud of," the convict shared.

          Today, on the Open Day, the convicts expressed gratitude to their loved ones for the love and support they receive from them here, and prepared pilaf and sweets for their relatives.
