By order of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yertugan Kenesovich Utegenov was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Mangystau region.

Yertugan Kenesovich Utegenov was born on July 30, 1976 in the Kyzylorda region. In 1997, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management.

He started his career as an economist in private companies.

He has been working in the system of state revenue authorities for over 25 years.

Since 1999, he has worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, head of department, head of management in various specialized departments of the Tax Committee.

Since 2019, he has been the head of the Department of State Revenue in the Mangystau region.
