In the 28th theatrical season, the mono–dramas "Ar.Rukh.Muse", "Tak.Kek.Kuyrshak", a concert performance dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory "Songy Khat", the drama "Atelmegen paryz", fairy tales "Aldar", "Orteke Turaly ayz" and "Bremen Town Musicians", as well as theatrical concert programs, 9 premieres in total.

The Kazakh Musical and Drama Theater named after Shakhmet Khusainov toured Kostanay, Karaganda and Akmola regions with productions of the drama "An ata-Nurikamal", "Alash", "Aldaspan" and children's productions "Bayka Balakai", "Bremen Town Musicians".

28 theatrical seasons have been successful for our actors. Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev presented "Madeniyet kayratkeri" to Kairat Myrzabolatov with the honorary title "Kazakstannyn enbek sirgen kayratkeri". People's Artist Bagysova Zhibek Yesekeevna with the badge "Akmola enbek ozaty", "Madeniyet kayratkeri" Kusainova Zhanar Satubaevna with the badge "Dara", head of the sewing workshop Bekentayeva Botagoz Kabeshovna and stage technician Kulmaganov Turgynbek Nabievich with the badges "Enbek danky" and a talented actress were also awarded. Shaysultanova Asem Berikovna with a letter of thanks from Akim regions.
