On May 27, 2025, the grand opening of the public association "The World through our Eyes", created for visually impaired citizens, took place in Kostanay at 36 Kasymkhanova Street. The project was implemented within the framework of the state social order of the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Kostanay".

The association's activities are aimed at protecting the rights and interests of people with visual impairment, promoting their integration into society, expanding opportunities for participation in public and cultural life, as well as developing self-organization and mutual assistance skills.

This discovery was an important step towards building an accessible and inclusive society in which everyone, regardless of their health status, can feel needed, heard and supported.
