Brasilia, May 29, 2025 - Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil Bolat Nussupov met with Ambassador of Peru to Brazil Rómulo Acurio, during which the parties discussed current issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

The agenda of the talks also included organizational and substantive aspects of the 2nd round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries, scheduled for Lima this year.

The Ambassador of Kazakhstan handed over to his interlocutor a copy of the note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Peru on conferring on the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brazil the official authority to represent the interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Peru.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain permanent working contact at the level of two diplomatic missions.
