On May 29, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov participated and delivered a welcome address at the reception held on the occasion of the visit of President of the German Bundesrat and Minister-President of the Federal State of Saarland, Anke Rehlinger, to Kazakhstan. In his speech, Zh. Abdrashov noted the high level of Kazakh-German relations, including active political dialogue, the strengthening of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as the importance of trade, economic, and investment ties. In conclusion, the diplomat expressed confidence in the further deepening of friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and Germany.
