As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, on August 27, 2025, the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region, chaired by Deputy Head T.O. Nazhikanov, held a round table aimed at improving the quality and timing of public services, as well as clarifying the procedure for accepting documents through the e-government portal.
The event was attended by the Deputy director of the branch of the NAO "Government for Citizens State Corporation", the head of the Department of Control and Quality and the heads of departments No. 1 of the city of Kostanay for public services.
During the round table, problematic issues arising in the provision of public services were discussed.
