Deputy Akim of the region Tlepbergen Yersaevich Kayupov held an off-site meeting in Podstepnoye village, Terektinsky district, West Kazakhstan region, in order to check the pace of construction of the facility "construction of 7 three-storey multi-family residential buildings and 6 four-storey prefabricated monolithic residential buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor" for depositors of Otbasy Bank JSC, who are on the waiting list of local executive bodies.

   This facility is aimed at providing affordable housing for the region's population, including socially vulnerable groups and young families.

   During the field meeting, the deputy akim of the region inspected the construction sites, got acquainted with the quality and pace of construction and installation work. The issues of compliance of construction works with design estimates, the level of compliance by employees with technical safety requirements and timely delivery of building materials were also considered.

   The construction work is currently underway in accordance with the plan. Foundations are being laid and the walls of a number of residential buildings are being raised.

   Tlepbergen Yersaevich Kayupov gave specific instructions to the contractor Zhaiykselstroy, who is responsible for construction work, and warned of the need to keep quality in the spotlight without slowing down the pace of work. In addition, he noted the importance of this project for the population of the region and instructed local executive authorities to strengthen work on timely registration of documents for citizens in need of housing.

   At the end of the field meeting, meetings were held with residents and representatives of local authorities, their opinions and suggestions were heard.
