November 06, 2024, at the initiative of the Russian State Institution "Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the field of Social Protection of the Population of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region", a joint seminar-meeting was held with the Atyrau Region Health Department and the Russian State Institution "Department of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Atyrau region" on the topic "Current issues of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation of the disabled".An information note was provided on problematic issues of medical and social expertise for 9 months of 2024. The Russian State Institution "Department of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region" provided information on monitoring the improper execution of regulatory legal acts, which are regarded as an administrative violation. The Department of Health of Atyrau region provides information on the work done on the issue of high-quality and timely referral of persons with disabilities to face-to-face and absentee proactive examination in accordance with regulatory legal acts. All comments have been taken into account. The heads and chairmen of the VCC of medical and preventive institutions have been warned about personal responsibility. Instructions were given to work out all the comments indicated in the information - to provide official letters on those unreasonably sent for examination; to create a database for personal registration of persons with disabilities and often long-term ill patients.
