On May 30, 2025, the republican action "People's Lawyer" was held in the village of Zhaksy, organized with the aim of providing free legal assistance to the population.
During the event, citizens received qualified consultations from a deputy prosecutor, lawyers, a notary, a private bailiff, as well as specialists from the state revenue department and local executive bodies of the Zhaksyn district.
The villagers were able to ask their questions and receive legal assistance.
The largest number of applications received concerned receiving social benefits, inheritance registration, problems in the field of housing and communal services and registration of individual entrepreneurship.
Such events contribute to improving the legal literacy of citizens and strengthening trust in public authorities.
