There are 26 fountains in Kostanay, of which 18 are stationary and 8 are floating. Currently, two stationary fountains are under reconstruction — on Youth Boulevard and in the park on Hasek Street.

This year, the fountains are serviced by a non—local organization, Esnaf LLP. Already at the current stage, serious questions arise both about the timing of the launch of facilities and the quality of the content.

I instructed the service organization to ensure the launch of all remaining fountains, including the light and music fountain in the Central Square, by the end of next week. The reconstruction of the two stationary fountains must begin within 15 days and be completed by City Day.

Thus, after completion of all planned works in the regional center, 100% of the fountains will be reconstructed and repaired.
