Taking into account the positive results of using CarGoRuqsat, it is planned to launch an electronic queue from June 9, 2025 at the Amangeldy automobile checkpoint, which is located on the border with the Russian Federation. Currently, the CarGoRuqsat system is already successfully operating at four automobile checkpoints in the Pavlodar region – Naiza, Sharbakty, Urlutobe, and Kosak. Carriers planning to leave the territory of Kazakhstan through automobile checkpoints must book a place in the electronic queue using the CarGoRuqsat application. To do this, follow the link https://cgr.qoldau.kz/ru/start , register and log in to the CarGoRuqsat application, select a checkpoint, specify the date and time of the border crossing, fill in information about the driver and vehicle. After the application is approved, you must arrive at the border checkpoint on time. The CarGoRuqsat system ensures the efficiency and transparency of border crossing, helps to prevent congestion of trucks, and allows the state revenue authorities to automatically apply a risk management system. CarGoRuqsat is also integrated with 17 information systems of government agencies, due to which carriers receive information in advance about the presence of fines and arrears, the need to issue relevant documents for the movement of goods, etc. To date, the electronic queue booking system has been successfully implemented on the border of Kazakhstan with China, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and the Russian Federation.
