The Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a ceremonial event dedicated to State Symbols Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event began with servicemen performing the National Anthem.

Following the readiness report delivered by Colonel Nurbay Bektursynov, Head of the Main Directorate for Educational and Socio-Legal Work, Colonel Erkebulan Khamidullin, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard for Logistics, congratulated officers and contract servicemen.

— On June 4, 1992, the Law ‘On the Adoption of State Symbols’ was signed. Our state symbols reflect the nation’s identity, heroism, wisdom, as well as the aspirations of our people. Honoring state symbols is a sacred duty of every citizen of Kazakhstan — it is about honoring our land, our people, our history, and traditions. May our sovereign country continue to grow and prosper, and may our state symbols be raised proudly across the world. Happy State Symbols Day! — emphasized Khamidullin.

Independence and state symbols are inseparable concepts. They stir patriotism and serve as a source of national pride. Today, Kazakhstan is recognized as a secular and equal member of the global community. During presidential visits and international competitions, our national flag proudly flies on podiums.

It is worth noting that similar events are held across all National Guard military units on this day. The celebration concluded with a solemn march.
