On June4, 2025, the StateRevenueCommittee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstanand the internationalcryptocurrencyexchangeBigONEsigned a MemorandumofCooperation.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the CGD by Seilzhan Akhmetov, Deputy Chairman of the CGD, and Tian Yongbin, a shareholder of BigONE.

 The aim is to strengthen cooperation in the field of tax administration of digital assets, exchange of experience and enhance professional competencies.

 During the meeting, the parties discussed:

 - prospects for the development of the crypto industry and the digitalization of the economy;

 - the growing role of Kazakhstan as one of the key participants in the global crypto market;

- the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstantocreate a CryptoCityandform a moderninfrastructurefor the turnover of digitalassets.

The Kazakh side expressed confidence that cooperation with BigONE will contribute to:

 - increase the transparency of cryptocurrency transactions;

 - ensuring fair and efficient taxation in the digital environment;

- creating favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the digital asset industry.
