By agreement with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in accordance with the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Yerlan Myrzalin has been appointed Commander of Military Unit 3656 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The new commander was formally introduced to the personnel of the unit by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Anzaghan Baltabekov.

The Commander-in-Chief expressed confidence that Colonel Myrzalin, with his extensive service experience, will successfully carry out all assigned tasks and lead the unit with honor.

Colonel Yerlan Myrzalin began his military career as a cadet of the Aktobe Higher Military Aviation School and rose through the ranks to become Deputy Commander for Combat Training at an aviation base.
He is a highly skilled pilot proficient in operating Mi-8, Mi-24, Mi-26, and other military aircraft.

For his dedicated service, Colonel Myrzalin has been awarded the "For Combat Merit" medal, along with a number of jubilee and departmental decorations.
