Since 2024, more than 1,400 violations of requirements in the field of landscaping and architectural and urban planning have been identified in the city. Warnings were issued for all recorded violations. Special attention was paid to the need for strict observance of the rules of landscaping in the central part of the city.

The importance of creating an accessible urban environment was noted. In particular, it is mandatory to have convenient ramps, modern entrance groups and visual signage corresponding to the approved Design Code.

The following facilities were cited as a positive example: the Perekrestok pharmacy at the intersection of Abai and Gogol Streets, the Fix Price chain of stores, the Jupiter photo salon on Tolstoy Street, the Dastarkhan market, where reconstruction work is being completed, as well as the Aynalayyn store, the facade of which is currently being updated.

One of the important elements of landscaping is the architectural illumination of buildings and structures at night. Such solutions not only emphasize the architectural appearance of the facilities, but also contribute to improving the comfort and safety of the urban environment.

Work continues in the city, including in its central part, to identify the facts of unauthorized seizure of land. Measures to prevent and eliminate such offenses will be continued.

The Architectural Department was instructed to step up interaction with the owners of the facilities, as well as strengthen work on bringing the facades in line with the approved Design code and landscaping requirements.
