Organizations operating in the territory of the district are constantly monitoring employees in order to avoid unjustified layoffs and wage arrears. Issues of Labor Relations in the district are under constant control and there are no violations of social and labor legislation. The head of the district also gave specific instructions on the development of Tourism. The service complexes "Keruen" and "Nurly Zhol" operate in the district as tourist facilities. Tourists use the services of these facilities. In addition, there are many visitors to historical and cultural monuments. In this regard, the Akim of the district noted the need to create favorable conditions and gave instructions to the heads of the relevant industries.
