On June 10, 2025, the Russian State Institution "Department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region" jointly with the Russian State Institution "Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control of Social Protection of the Population in Kostanay region" and the local police service of the Astana City Police Department. Kostanay has carried out preventive work on measures to prevent government employees from appearing in public places in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, non-medical consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as driving vehicles in a state of intoxication. The staff of the Departments were given recommendations on compliance with the standards of conduct corresponding to the status of a civil servant.
