The Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region announces a republican creative competition among sculptors for the best working projects of the building in honor of the 140th anniversary of the birth of poet and writer Mirzhakyp Dulatov.

The purpose of the competition is to determine the best working designs of structures in the amount of at least three works.

Work projects are accepted from the moment of publication of the announcement within a month.
