State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports on the expansion of opportunities to apply for the application of out-of-court bankruptcy of individuals.

Since June 10, 2025 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can use a new option - filing an application through the mobile application of JSC “Bank CenterCredit” (bcc.kz). Previously, the procedure was available only when applying in person at the CSC or through the eGov.kz portal.

In the mobile application bcc.kz in the section “Public Services” launched the service “Bankruptcy of individuals”.

Important: use of the service is free of charge, commission for filing an application is not charged.

Step-by-step instructions for filing an application:

Open the application bcc.kz and go to the section: “Public Services” → “Services”.

Select the service “Bankruptcy of individuals”.

Familiarize yourself with the brief information and click “Application for application of out-of-court bankruptcy procedure”.

Confirm or change your residential address if necessary, then click “Continue”.

Specify the state revenue authority, and check one or both boxes if necessary:

- Receiving social assistance for 6 months

- Defaulted for more than 5 years

Check the appropriate link for application terms and conditions.

Click “Submit Application” to submit your application. Once submitted, information about the state agency's review of the application will be displayed.

The status of the application can be tracked in the “History” section.

If the application is successfully processed, the user will receive a push notification, and the “Executed” status will appear in the “History” with detailed information and a link to the website of the relevant government agency.

Please note: if there is a marriage certificate, spouse's consent is required. In the absence of consent until 23:59 of the current day, the application is canceled automatically.

We note that the procedure can be applied only by individuals who meet the conditions of extrajudicial bankruptcy procedure in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
