Until July 1 of this year, the state revenue authorities calculate the property tax of individuals who own residential real estate (apartments, houses, cottages, garages, as well as adjacent land plots). At the same time, the deadline for paying taxes for the 2024 tax period is set until October 1, 2025. In order to inform taxpayers on the SRC portal (kgd.gov.kz ), the E-Government portal (eGov.kz ), as well as in the mobile application of Kaspi Bank JSC (Kaspi.kz ) implemented a service for upcoming payments. It allows individuals to view the amount of the upcoming tax in advance and, if necessary, make a payment using ready-made banking details. Thanks to this service, during the period from July 1 to October 1, taxpayers can receive online information from the SRC information system on the calculated amounts of personal property tax calculated by the state revenue authorities.
