On June 12, 2025, the chairman of Ekibastuz city maslikhat Niyaz Makraev, the acting head of the housing inspection department E. E. Together with Akyltaev, he held a private reception for citizens. A resident of an apartment building on Baurzhan Momyshuly street applied for the chairman's reception. A citizen reported the need to repair the roof and asked for help in solving this problem. During the reception, the applicant was given detailed explanations about the possible mechanisms for carrying out repairs, including the organization of target fees among residents. According to the results of the reception, the chairman of the maslikhat proposed to the housing inspection department to organize a meeting with the residents of the house in order to explain the procedure for forming a target fee for roof repair. Maslikhat chairman Niyaz Makraev will also attend the meeting. The identified problem has been taken under control and the work on its solution will be continued in the established order.
