The Department of state revenues of the Kyzylorda region informs that taxpayers who applied ASR before January 1, 2026 need to submit a notification of the tax regime applied for the application of ASR on the basis of a simplified declaration by March 1, 2026 at the place of registration of the business (in case of compliance with the terms of its application). Note: in case of failure to submit a notification about the taxation regime in force until March 1, 2026, the user is recognized as the user of the generally established taxation procedure.
