The department of state revenue in Aktobe region informs that thematic tax inspections are being conducted in order to determine the circulation of illegal alcohol products. During the inspections carried out in the period of 5 months of the current year, the illegal circulation of alcohol products without accompanying consignment notes for the goods was detected, and a total of 6,309 bottles (9,254.41 liters) of alcohol products were confiscated.
In accordance with the above-mentioned violation, the alcohol products, which are the direct objects of administrative offenses in accordance with part 5 of Article 283-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were confiscated. we inform that it will lead to fines in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indicators for individuals, for small business entities - fifty, for medium business entities - one hundred, and for large business entities - two hundred.
