Want to eat right, but not ready for a complex scheme? There is a simple guide - a healthy eating plate.
It looks like this:
1/2 plate - vegetables and fruits.
Juicy, clear, seasonal. The more color, the more benefits.
1/4 - protein.
Chicken, fish, eggs, legumes. Protein is energy, mood and strong immunity.
1/4 - complex carbohydrates.
Cereal, quinoa, whole grain bread. These are nutritious and don't spike blood sugar like they do.
+ some fats:
Walnuts, avocado, olive oil. Without them, vitamins and hormones are not well absorbed.
+ water.
Neither coffee nor tea - just water itself. Drink water and relax!
This is not a diet. This is self-care.
Start with just one plate and feel the difference!
