Delegations from Russia and various regions of Kazakhstan came to participate in the forum. This event was celebrated as one of the most important events of the anniversary year.

The purpose of the forum is to pay tribute to the spirit of the sniper girl, who became a symbol of heroism, love for the Motherland and patriotism. State and public figures, deputies of the Senate and Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of culture and science, as well as relatives of the hero took part in the event.

Malik Otarbayev, adviser to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, congratulated the participants of the forum and Aktobes on behalf of the head of state. Today's forum is a manifestation of our common responsibility to preserve our historical memory and educate the younger generation in a patriotic spirit. I express my sincere gratitude to all citizens who organized the forum, to those who participated in keeping Aliya Moldagulova's heroism in the memory of generations. You teach young people to love the Motherland and loyalty to national values," said the President's adviser.

Akim of Aktobe region Askhat Shakharov also congratulated the participants of the event and spoke about the works being carried out in the region in the direction of glorifying the name of the hero. In particular, a new cultural center and a memorial museum are being built in the city of Aktobe, and infrastructure is being developed in the village of Aliya. In his speech, Askhat Shakharov highlighted the work of Galymzhan Bayderbes, an educator and public figure who dedicated his life to the study of Aliya's heroism and spiritual and moral education of young people. It has become an important place of glorification as an integral part of pride.
