What is "Mobile Office"?

In 2018, the Unified Savings Pension Fund launched the "Mobile Office" project. This is a small office in a car. Specialists of BZZK visit localities in minibuses equipped with various necessary devices such as laptops, high-speed Internet, printers, fund bases, and provide special services to residents.

What services are offered?
The "Mobile Office" is no different from ordinary branches of BZZZ located in regional and district centers. It offers all the services provided in the same offices:

- Provides advice on pensions, investment portfolios;
The "Mobile Office" service is very convenient for residents of remote areas and areas where the Fund does not have a branch, especially for people who do not have time to go to the city or people with disabilities, people who do not have the Internet or have problems using it.

Which village-region will it visit? On which day and to which village they will visit, the local administration will agree and inform the residents in advance. The office is open from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm. This is an indispensable way for the HCW specialists to establish direct contact with each individual, if it is convenient for the villagers.
"Mobile office" works in 13 regions of the country. During the more than 6 years since the project was launched, the specialists of the BZZK visited 5100 settlements and managed to provide services to 616,000 people. 213,000 information presentations related to the fund's activities and the pension system were held. 5.3 million people participated in it.
