Providing high-quality public services is the need of the hour!

Today, the whole world is moving to the era of digitization day by day. In order to increase the quality and speed of public services offered to the people, optimization of service processes, elimination of paperwork and redundancies and unnecessary procedures, introduction of the best digital technologies, and automation of business processes are widely being carried out.
We are achieving significant results in the direction of digitization. As a result, the circulation of paper documents has decreased through the automation of public services.
The number of citizens applying for services electronically through the Egov.kz portal and its other services, as well as information portals of state bodies, has increased. For example, since the beginning of the year, about 700 services have been offered electronically in the district.
