For the first time in the Supreme Court Council, the Chairman of the Council Dmitry Malakhov decided to systematically improve the theoretical and practical skills of the staff of the Apparatus without leaving the workplace
In accordance with the approved general legal training schedule, training seminars aimed at increasing the legal literacy and professional competence of civil servants are held twice a month.

During the training, measures taken by the state to improve the process of law creation and the requirements of the current legislation used in the development of legal acts were comprehensively presented.
A training seminar was held with the participation of experts of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Amangul Ermaganbetova and Shynar Shakhmanova, in order to ensure a systematic and qualitative approach to the issues of documentation. The speakers shared their practical recommendations and professional methods for keeping a nomenclature of cases and organizing archival storage.
As part of the implementation of the task of the head of state on the rational use of budget funds, the staff of the Apparatus will undergo training on budget planning issues and study some aspects of state procurement of goods, works and services.
Civil servants with citizens and colleagues The issue of the need to observe moral and ethical norms in the relationship was considered as a separate direction. These topics were also discussed at the seminar on measures to combat gambling addiction (ludomania).
A seminar on issues of interaction with the media was organized within the framework of introducing the principles of openness and transparency into the activities of the Council. It was conducted by PR-technologist Akerke Berlibay, a specialist in business and public communications.
In order to establish a stable and reliable dialogue with the public, as well as to improve the quality of consideration of citizens' applications, seminars were held on the organization of private reception of citizens, as well as the procedure for consideration of applications of citizens and legal entities coming to the Council.
The Chairman of the Supreme Court Council to systematically improve the professional level of the staff draws special attention. Educational and explanatory work will continue consistently with an emphasis on practical importance, development of competences and constant improvement of the quality of the work of the Apparatus.
