AgroSkills Abai - 2025 regional professional championship was held among agricultural students in the Beskaragay College of Abay region.

Baurzhan Tulenov, acting head of the Abay region education department, attended the opening ceremony and wished the participants success. 18 students, experts and representatives of educational institutions from rural colleges of the region took part in the championship.

The competition was organized in order to increase the reputation of working professions and encourage young people to get professional education. Participants competed in three competencies. More than 18 independent experts evaluated the professional skills of the students.

According to the results of the championship, the winners were determined:

Competence of "Agricultural machinery repair master":
1st place - Danil Shkred (Beskaragay College)
2nd place - Rinat Zhakupov (Urzhar college)
III place - Arman Meiramgaliuly (Abay College), Andrey Alekseev (Borodulikha College)

"Agricultural mechanization" competence:
1st place - Nikita Krisman (Beskaragai College)
II place - Sergey Izotov (Urzhar college)
3rd place - Bek Anuarovich (Aksuat College), Omar Zhaksylyk (Cereal Technology College)

Competence "Using agricultural machinery":
1st place - Madi Mukhtaruly (Cereal Technology College)
II place - Ernur Serikov (Aksuat college)
III place - Danil Zabara (Beskaragai College), Maxim Minaev (Borodulikha College)

At the closing ceremony of the championship, letters of thanks and diplomas were presented to the winners and experts.
