In Katonkaragay district of East Kazakhstan region, within the framework of the international festival "Altai - the Golden Cradle of the Turkic World", one of the largest national sports competitions - "Alaman Bayaya" was held. At this event, which glorified equestrian sports and national traditions, the spectators witnessed a competitive competition.

Honored guest of the competition is Nurymbet Saktaganov, governor of East Kazakhstan region. He watched the race and took part in the ceremony of awarding the winners.

In the 25-kilometer race, the prizes were distributed as follows: Manap Abilmansur from Tarbagatai district won the first place with his horse "Zagyp". Daulet Temirlan from Kurchum district took the second place with his horse "Barys". The third place was won by Dulat Nuralin from Zaisan district and his horse "Arbat".

The prize fund was also special: the first place was a car, the second place - 1 million tenge, and the third place - 700 thousand tenge.

"Alaman Baigay" is not only a sports competition, but also a great tradition that connects generations, reminds the spirit of the field, national unity.
